RSA needed to significantly reduce the resources and costs involved in producing and distributing business intelligence across multiple departments, the niche groups across its business and throughout global territories.


A successful engagement

Better than Paper created an employee engagement and collaboration platform for RSA. The platform constantly searches the web and social media for insurance insight – and effortlessly creates a globally distributed digital magazine – which updates every fifteen minutes. The platform intelligently filters content from selected web sources including RSA owned corporate content.

Sharing knowledge

RSA’s employees can also personalise the platform based on their department, interests and office location. This reduces the need for multiple departmental e-newsletters or bulletins. The platform also integrates with Microsoft Yammer – allowing employees to comment on or share real-time business intelligence and thought leadership.
